HYPER-FORMANCE OVERHAUL KITS

Reliance Parts Corporation is pleased to announce the introduction of Hyper-formance Overhaul Kits. Hyper-formance Overhaul Kits include compression enhanced hypereutectic pistons for long life and improved engine starting. Hypereutectic material offers the absolute, highest level of wear resistance even in the most demanding applications.

All Hyper-formance pistons offer compression enhancement for improved engine starting. Engine starting can be a real problem in 4-270 and
6-404 engines. Hyper-formance cylinder kits offer a sensible solution to starting problems as well as long engine life.

Hyper-formance cylinder kits can be ordered with a standard cylinder liner or with our optional, induction hardened, phosphate coated liner. While the standard cylinder liners are the finest available in the market today, the optional, hardened, phosphate coated liners offer an upgrade that will offer even better life even in rigorous duty.

Of course, Hyper-formance cylinder kits include all of the premium components Reliance customers have come to expect. Moly faced piston rings, keystone style for turbocharged applications, duro-silicone and duro-viton liner O-rings are among the premium components included in Hyper-formance cylinder kits.

Not only are piston pins included in the cylinder kits, but they are hardened using the sub zero process at temperatures below -120° F.

All of these features are designed to offer engine owners the best possible engine performance and long life.
